Welcome to Bespoke. By using this app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Service Description
Bespoke is a fitness application that allows you to track exercises and routines, record health data (weight, calories), receive routine and diet recommendations, and participate in a community with other users.
2. Registration and Account
To use Bespoke you need to create an account with your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Provide truthful and up-to-date information.
- Not publish offensive, illegal, violent content or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Not attempt to access other users' accounts.
- Not use the app for unauthorized commercial purposes.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app.
4. User Content
You retain the rights to the content you post (photos, comments). By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it within the app. We may remove content that violates these terms.
5. Community Moderation
We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content and accounts that violate these terms or community guidelines. You can report inappropriate content directly from the app.
6. Health Disclaimer
Bespoke is not a medical service. Exercise routine and diet recommendations are for guidance only and do not replace the advice of a health professional. Always consult a doctor or nutritionist before starting any exercise or diet plan. You use the app at your own risk.
7. Intellectual Property
All app content (design, code, logos, text) is the property of Bespoke and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any element of the app without authorization.
8. Service Availability
We strive to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or modify features without prior notice for maintenance or improvements.
9. Limitation of Liability
Bespoke is provided "as is". We are not responsible for injuries, health damage, or losses arising from the use of the app's recommendations. Use it at your own risk and always consult a professional.
10. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings section. Doing so will permanently delete your personal data and published content. We may also suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish and European Union law. For any disputes, the courts of Madrid, Spain shall have jurisdiction.
