Bespoke("we", "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are.

1. Data We Collect

We collect the following information when you use the app:

• Account data: email address and password (stored encrypted by Firebase Authentication).
• Health and fitness data: weight, height, calories, exercise routines, goals, and progress.
• User-generated content: photos, comments, and community posts.
• Usage data: app interactions, screens visited, and features used (for analytics purposes).
• Device data: device model, operating system, and app version.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Provide and personalize routine and diet recommendations.
• Display your progress and training statistics.
• Enable community interaction (photos, comments).
• Improve the app through usage analytics.
• Send you activity-related notifications (if authorized).

3. Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) servers with encryption in transit and at rest. We apply reasonable security measures to protect your information.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data in a limited manner with:

• Firebase / Google Cloud: infrastructure and analytics.
• Artificial intelligence providers: to generate your diet and training plans, analyze your feedback, and transcribe your voice, we send some of your data to external AI providers that process it off your device:
  • Who: Anthropic (Claude model) and OpenAI (GPT models, and Whisper for voice). Text requests are routed through OpenRouter; voice-dictation audio is sent to OpenAI.
  • What we share: your fitness goal, your daily physical activity, your job type, your favorite foods, your diet type, your allergies, and your gender, age, height, and weight. When you use voice dictation, we also send the audio to convert it into text.
  • Purpose: solely to generate your personalized plans, process your feedback, and transcribe your voice. We do not use this data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.
  • You can disable AI processing at any time in Settings → Privacy → AI.
• Legal obligation: if required by law.

5. Community Content

Photos, comments, and posts you share in the community will be visible to other app users. You can delete your content at any time.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and all your data from within the app.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.
• Request a copy of your data.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account directly from the Settings section of the app. Doing so will permanently erase all your personal data, health records, and published content.

8. Children

The app is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that a minor has created an account, we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document.
